Hi Gavin & Jessica,

I just wanted to write and say THANK YOU for the lovely hamper you left for us. We didn't find it until later that day but what a very nice surprise it was.

We were like a couple of excited kids on Christmas morning when we stayed there on Friday night - oohing & ahhing over everything. It still hasn't quite sunk in that it is our home!

Thanks very much Gavin for putting up with us and for all your patience in dealing with our many changes and upgrades in such a professional hands on manner, when you no doubt had other demanding clients to deal with also.

We're truly grateful to you and all the other tradies for building an amazing house for us! And luckily we get to call this place home! Thanks heaps guys!
