Building with Moloko was a dream come true, from the moment we first enquired - until final handover, our dream became their dream.

Since our block was unique, we were able to customise our build design with Alicia. We especially loved the time she took to understand and work with our design ideas, get to know our preferences, as well as making suggestions based on our lifestyle and what we wanted to achieve.

The communication with the entire team was smooth throughout the whole process. Bronson and the building team went above and beyond our house-build expectations. We chose to build with Moloko due to their friendly and approachable nature and the quality they promised to deliver on our build.

Knowing they were a boutique brand meant that they would take the extra care and attention we were looking for, that they would put their name on the build with pride!

Completing the build remotely from another state was terrifying for us but with the constant updates, photos, phone calls and videos we knew the build was in good hands. We are in-love with our Moloko build and cannot wait to raise our family in our beautiful home.

Now that we are finally settled into our new house, I have a few moments to write a letter of thanks to you for all that you did to bring our dreams to reality.

When looking to build our dream home, we wanted to engage quality builders from the area with local knowledge and reputation. We had desire for a particular style, and Moloko had both the designs and the flexibility to create something that met and ultimately exceeded our hopes.

As first-timers going through the process of building a new home, I would summarise our experience with Moloko as well-supported,, flexible, understanding, and professional. The level of customer service was excellent, and on a personal level. From the initial reaching out, to colour and fixtures selection, to the project management and final handover, each person we dealt with knew their role inside out, would go above and beyond and was always ready to answer or provide advice.

Both my partner and I could not be happy or prouder of the home we have received. Through all the logistics and supply and labour issues that Covid brought, Moloko still delivered a stunning build, and well within the timeframe we were expecting without compromising quality or attention to detail

We just wanted to send a message to say a huge thank you to everyone involved in building our beautiful home! The entire process was easy, smooth, and stress free from our first meeting to getting the keys.

The level of communication we had throughout was amazing and we always knew where we were at in the process and all questions were answered and sorted so quickly and efficiently. The build itself has been to such a high standard and all the team plus contractors have been amazing to work with.

In the drafting stage, we changed the design a number of times with the help of Alicia, she was really good and the more time we spent with her, she got a sense of where we were coming from and the feel for what we were looking for.

Throughout the build the communication from the Moloko team was great, the building supervisor often called us to see if we could come to the house as he wanted to run an idea pass us.

Overall, we are very pleased with the process, and we will definitely do it all again one day.

Being first home-owners, you don’t know what to expect & you don’t know what’s coming next - Moloko kept us updated with every aspect of the build.

Being able to contact the supervisor to discuss things onsite and using the builder trend app made the experience easy.

The reason we chose Moloko Homes to built our home is that we already knew Gavin when he built our son’s house a couple of years earlier, and we were impressed with the overall result.

We were very happy with the progress of the build in very trying times. The boys building the house were always very accommodating and helpful. The girls in the office are on the ball with progress reports and other paper work. They are such a credit to the company.

We are very happy our finished home, with all its black trims throughout. I especially like the outside paintjob, and panelling at the front.

From the time we first walked into Moloko Homes we had a great experience they provided us with excellent service throughout our entire build.

We were also very impressed with the high quality fixtures and fitting used throughout as well as the final product that catered to our needs.

We started our building journey from 16 hours south of The Whitsundays and had absolutely NO idea on builders in the area. After one phone call to Moloko we were sold that they would be our builder and this our new home.

They took the time to hear our story and why we were interested from so far away, got to know us and didn’t fob us off as some southerners looking for a sea change like other builders did. We couldn’t fault them one bit! Weekly photo updates and progress emails/phone calls with the most care and attention to detail applied.

We appreciated this part of the build massively seeing as though we couldn’t just drive past for a sneaky look ourselves. We couldn’t be happier!
